1. All portions of this application must be completed.
2. Dues are payable by April 1 of each year. Annual associate membership fee of $400 payable to the Fire Inspectors Association of Nova Scotia must accompany this application. See bylaws at www.fians.ns.ca for details.

3. Completed application must be mailed to: Fire Inspectors Association of Nova Scotia, PO Box 8566   Halifax, NS B3K 5M3
